"Salah satu cabang restoran Pempek Liwura yang ada di dalam Royal Plaza yang terletak di lantai 3 daerah food court. Rasa pempek di sini sendiri sangat enak dan gurih. Kuah pempek sendiri terasa sangat kuat, tapi justru melengkapi cita rasa pempek sehingga makin gurih. Meskipun sudah disiram kuah, pempek masih terasa renyah, terutama pempek kulit crispy. Di sini tersedia berbagai varian pempek, baik yang jumbo maupun yang kecil, mulai dari lenjer, otak-otak, kulit, adaan, kapan selam, dan lain sebagainya. Uniknya, bahkan di sini juga menjual pempek versi black charcoal. Customer bisa memilih untuk membeli menu paket, atau membeli pempek secara satuan sesuai jenis pempek yang diinginkan. Pelayanan sangat cepat dan ramah. Petugas yang ada menjawab semua pertanyaan customer secara baik dan informatif. Tempat makan cukup bersih dan di sini menganut budaya bebersih sendiri sehingga customer sendiri yang wajib membereskan dan membuang peralatan makan sekali pakai di tempat sampah."

"Saya dan ibu membeli paket Hemat A dan Giant A. Disana berisi Hemat A (Kulit krispi, bakso, dan kapal selam mini) harga 35.000 dan Giant A harga 47.000 (Kapal selam jumbo dan Lenjer jumbo) jadi, totalnya 82.000. Rasa enak terasa ikannya, kuah cukonya terasa gurih tanpa micin, dan pelayanan ramah serta cepat. Sedangkan kekurangannya ada 2 duri ikan yang ditemukan ibu saya. Mohon perbaiki produknya agar lebih bersih dari duri ikan."
